a mortgage move to a different service, why did the time on accout change? I did not make the change

It may be a typo on their part

Or they could have changed something on their end without notifying you. 

Contact the service that bought the loan. Have them go over the details of the loan with you. You are their customer now. They should be able to answer all your questions.

You should also have received a new contract in the mail. Look it over. If you find things that you don't agree with notify them immediately. Once you start making the payments you imply that you accept their terms.
