A loan that belongs to ex-husband
I have a loan that is showing on my credit report that the court ordered is 100% his to repay. Is there any way with the court paperwork that I can get it off my credit report?

You'll need to haul your ex back into court for violating the court order (i.e.divorce decree).  You can try sending your court paperwork to the creditor, but I doubt if they'll remove you.  Legally, you are still liable for the loan with them unless and until your ex re-finances it in his name only.
