A bankruptcy that was on my credit report dropped off after 5 years, now its back, why,?
A bankruptcy from 2011 dropped off my credit report after 5 years as was it should have, why has it just shown back up on my cedit report feb. 2017 again?

You were lucky for the time that it was dropped off, it must have been an error, but in your favor. Chapter 7 bankruptcy remains on reports for 10 years. Chapter 13 bankruptcy remains for 7 years. You can still work on rebuilding your credit with a bankruptcy listed on your reports, so be sure to start reading all that you can about it and get started.
