Most mortgage lenders will use a mortgage version of FICO scores, so I would check to see what they are and then do some Google searches to look for lenders and read the reviews on them. And always remember, a lot more than scores go into a lender's decision.

FHA

Yes, you will likely need an FHA with a lower score but be warned, FHA loans are pretty horribly expensive with hidden fees and a life long of PMI payments.
