The score itself is not the only factor which one must consider.  Its the other items on your credit report (payment history, accounts, utilization, collections and public records) have a much higher importance than the score itself.    You should use the prequalifcation form on Capital One's website to before you apply for the card.  If you.  Capital One is the most generous as it relates to scores for its cards.  If you don't immediately qualify for card you seek, they may offer you some other options allowing you to build your reputation with them in order to get the card you desire.  There is a website database that maintains scores and approvals and lines of credit approved that you may want to seek out.   Please keep in mind that your income contributes to the line of credit, thus if you make more or less than those persons, you line of credit would adjust accordingly.
