29 total and on time payments disappeared from my payment history causing it to drop. Why?
The most significant event was paying off a consistently current loan five months ahead of time.

You paid off debt early....

Remember the system was created by the banks to figure out whos best to lend money to. That means who are they going to make money off of.  Paying off a loan early doesn't make them money.

Don't worry the payments are still there in your permanant history that the lenders actually use. In a few months your score should bounce back and you should be back on track.

Good luck
