2 collection agency's 1 account
i have one account (att wireless) that is being reported by two separate collection agency's. is this legal or can i dispute this. and if so how do i go about disputing it....?????

One account can be reported by two separate collection agencies, however, only ONE of them can report it as an "open" account with a balance.  If both are reporting as open with balances, you'll need to contact the credit bureau(s) to dispute it.  You can do that on-line with the appropriate bureau's website or by mail.
