I found a number for my score, but no narrative. While my number seemed reasonably high in the past, the narrative with it then stated "I would be LIKELY to file a claim" ?? My current number was more than 800, but I have no idea of what it means.

I am 76 yrs old and face the same battle as you. I have a home insurance score of 815, which is POOR. I have NO home insurance, and have not since my divorce in 2009 ! (I now live in a motor home).

I have been with the same Auto ins co since 1962 (52 years !) but my auto ins credit score is based on the last 3 years with them, during which time I had 3 accidents (just THREE in the prior 49 years !, but that matters NOT to them). Because of the low score, I cannot afford to change to another company, since they will either deny me coverage, or will charge me ridiculous rates.
