I switched to Vystar after I started learning more about credit unions (thanks, Credit Karma!) and have no regretted it once. I currently have checking and savings accounts through them. I just recently refinanced my auto loan through them and got my rate to 1.28% from 4.75% elsewhere. When they approved my loan refinance, they also increased my spending limit on my credit card I have through them and they also increased my "line of credit" that they have attached to my checking account to prevent my account from going overdraft (not that it's an issue). 

Their online chat option is so convenient. I am one of those people who hates talking on the phone and I will 98% of the time avoid doing something if I have to call someone to do it. Every time I've gone into a branch, I've received the same great customer service I receive when chatting online (or the few times I've had to call). 

Since I'm of the "online banking generation" and have very little experience with the interior of a bank, I get very nervous when I have to actually go INSIDE a bank/credit union because it feels like another world I know nothing about. But the representatives are always helpful, patient, and smiling.

It finally showed up and my score shot up 26 points!
