Terrible service from Chase

Chase invited to apply for this card from my online acccount so that seems that I would be preapproved, especially as I have been a credit, banking, loan and mortgage customer for over 25 years. They appproved, sent me the card about 5 days latter. Two days latter I go online and my account is closed. What kind of horrible way to ttreatit a customer. Why even approve it, let alone send a card.  Typical of the kind of terrible experiences others get from Chase.

Somewhat usefull for intial promo rate

Good only for the initial promo rate, after that trash this card. Zero rewards, that so called Citibank Thankyou program is an insult. Interest rate is outragous. Balance transfers are never worth it. Don't even ask for a CL increase with perfect credit, it's an automatic decline.

Zero customer loyality from Chase, their marketing and retentiob depatment operates in a completely different spere og exsistence from their complience department which is looking to shut down accounts for the slimist of reasons. Pay with a money order? That's a cloded account. They have never given any my accounts a credit limit increase after decades of use. Really they suck.

Of they can offer you 15 months interest free and no fee balance transfer, because even with a 849 FICO like me you will end up with a $1500 limit, which is huge by Chase standards. That's not only insulting but useless so don't bother. Chase sucks.

Absolute ripoff that rwards don't payoff untill you accumlate 2500 points, they want to force you to make this your only card. Sorry if I feel like if I just spent $1200 on a trip its not too much to het a few bucks back witout spending another grand. They won't let me pay from the mobile app because of some BS with legacy system and their old bill bay system.

I can't check my credit card balance or pay it unless I also have a bank account with them? WTF?  Thei're joking right?  This is like a real bank, not some little hick parish credit union.  Is this supposed to motivate me to want to bank with them, ABSOLUTELY NOT!

I only signed up for this card only because it offered a $500 bonus if I charged $3000 within first three statements.  Funny thing is the first statement arrived only a week after I got card, so I got nothing charged in the firstmonth.  I smell a rat here and I'm almost certain Fifth Third is trying to pull something to get out of this offer.

RBS, these peoiple are scum.  

Cancelled both mine and my wif's account after four years even though we had never been late a missed a payment.  I had earned $45 in reward credits but they don't pay out until it reaches $50.  They refused to pay my the $45 I had earned, but said I could reapply over the phone again, which they then promptly turned me down.  Scum.

Chase asked me to apply for this card from my Chase account web site, I have a 25 plus year relationship of of credit cards and bank accounts with Chase. They gave me instant approval, sent me the card 5 days latter, I logged in online a couple latter and the account is closed. No explanation, no letter sent. I'm done with you Chase. This is why you don't do business with Chase, expext to be treated like this.

Ripoff on reward points, never get a CLI

Never got a promo offer promising a bunch of extra reard points for speding over a certain amount over the summer, customer service is useless. Don't bother ever asking for a credit limit increase, it's always a hard pull and it's usually negative even with perfect credit
