I have this card with a $2000 limit, and I reached my sign up bonus. When I went to redeem my points, the Citi page told me that this feature was temporarily unavailable, so I tried again a few days later, and again, the same message appeared. It is now well over 2 weeks since my first attempt to redee my points, and the Citi page now says that the feature is unavailable. What gives? I haven't seen any redemption method more broken like this ever.

I also tried to file a claim for purchase protection because my phone's screen protector shattered. Upon emailing all of the required documents, I received an email stating that I'd be given a response within 14 days. It's now been over those 14 days, and I haven't heard a word from them yet. 

I spoke to the customer service chat, and they seem to be incompetent, as they keep talking about other things and not what my burdens are.

This card is straight forward. It's great for groceries, and it has great benefits that I've used multiple times now. American Express' customer service has always been good for me, and all of the claims process is done in house and is easy to fill out as well

This is my second credit card alongside my Discover It Student card. The application was straightforward; however, I am let down that my credit limit is only $500, whereas my Discover It student card had over $1000 limit. I always prepay my balances as well.
