Stay away from Chase!! Helpful to 1 out of 1 people

Stay away from Chase. They charge nearly 20% interest rate with an Excellent credit rating and will not lower rate in the slightest, they would rather the account be closed, which mine is now. Even when you pay them off, they continue to find a way to charge you more interest. There are far more better companies to deal with than this con job. Don't waste your hard earned money on here.

Chase bank is the worst company to do business with. Chase bank managers are after the rich and the poor so that they can charge them whatever they want or feel. Nothing for the hard working guy who pays on time and try to keep good records except punishment by raising APR and cancellation of the credit line.

Approved after recon Helpful to 1 out of 1 people

After being rejected the first time because of a past collection I called the recon number, and was told the reason I was denied was due to a $1500 collections account.  I paid the collections account, and was approved for $2500!

I have had this card since 2008 and absolutely love it. I started off with a limit of about $5,000 and Chase auto raised it to $7,500. I've had to deal with the customer service department three times due to unauthorized charges three times and each time the reps handled it perfectly and I was not liable for any of the purchases. CSR's are very good and knowledgeable. I love their cash back program and usually the 5% categories are almost always relative to something major you would use weekly. Even better is their Online Store which you can get additional rewards point by going through Chase's link to the desired merchant. Easily already made thousands of dollars to use in many convenient ways. Very much recommend this.
