Things to know about the Priority Pass™ Seattle lounges

If you have a layover or extra time before your flight, you’ll have access to any of the five Priority Pass™ lounges Seattle-Tacoma International Airport offers. But if you don’t have a lot of time before your flight, you’ll probably want to stick with the lounge closest to your gate. Here’s a rundown of each lounge and where you’ll find it in Sea-Tac.

The Club at SEA lounges (Concourse A and South Satellite)

Location

The Club at SEA has two lounges at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

  • Airside in Concourse A, across from Gate A11
  • Airside in the South Satellite, next to Gate S9

Features

Both lounges offer free alcoholic beverages to passengers ages 21 and older. Admission for children under the age of 12 is free at both lounges.

They also offer refreshments, free Wi-Fi, telephone services, fax services, TV, newspapers and magazines, and disabled access. These lounges are a great place to grab a drink or snack between flights and relax in a less-crowded atmosphere than the general airport concourses.

Hours

The Club at SEA in Concourse A is open daily from 5 a.m. to midnight. The South Satellite location is open from 5:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays. It’s open from 5:30 a.m. to midnight Tuesday and Thursday through Sunday.

The South Satellite lounge may have restricted access from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily because of space constraints.

To access the lounges, show your physical or digital Priority Pass™ membership card.

Ways to get Priority Pass™ lounge access

In order to access Priority Pass™ lounges, you’ll need a Priority Pass™ membership plan. Two of the ways to get Priority Pass™ membership include signing up online or enrolling in the Priority Pass™ Select membership that comes with many high-end credit cards.

Priority Pass™ membership plans range in price from $99 to $429 per year.

  • Priority Pass™ Standard membership costs just $99 per year, and then $32 per visit for yourself as well as each guest.
  • Priority Pass™ Standard Plus, which costs $299 per year, offers you 10 free visits. Additional visits are $32 each, and guests are $32 per visit for each guest.
  • Priority Pass™ Prestige, which costs $429 per year, comes with unlimited free member visits. Guests are $32 per visit for each guest.

Once you’re signed up, you’ll get a Priority Pass™ membership card. Simply show your card to gain access to Priority Pass™ lounges (some even accept digital membership cards from the Priority Pass™ app).

You might be able to enroll for a Priority Pass™ Select membership with your premium credit card.

Bottom line

If you’ll be traveling through Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, it’d probably be nice to escape the rushed atmosphere of the general airport concourses. Enrolling in a Priority Pass™ Select membership through a premium rewards credit card can give you that opportunity.

That said, if you don’t find yourself using the other benefits of a premium rewards credit card, it might make more sense to simply buy a Priority Pass™ membership or day pass at the lounge of your choice thanks to the high annual fees of premium credit cards.
