All of the credit report information we provide comes straight from TransUnion, one of the three major credit bureaus.

What do I do if my credit report information is wrong on Credit Karma?

If you think there's something wrong with your credit report information, contact Transunion directly to dispute errors.

The site won't accept the personal information I'm inputting and I can't move to the next step.

The information you're using to register doesn't match the information TransUnion is giving us. Try registering with any past names or addresses you've had.

If that doesn't work, please check your full credit report at https://www.annualcreditreport.com to see what information TransUnion has on record for you, then changing your information and trying to register again.
