Yes I got this letter saying that I owe money but it does't say where its from?
Good question? Vote for this

And The Company doesn't want to tell me who is it or any information about company that is asking for the money could you please help me I do not know what to do?

if they were seriously hafter you about a legitimate debt, then they would be trying a lot harder to make contact with you than just sending you a form letter... collectors send out thousands of those letters to ignorant consumers hoping someone like yourself will answer them so they can bully you into paying for a debt you might not otherwise legally owe... throw it out with the trash and forget about it... if someone calls, then hang up and do not say a word about it... if they were serious, they would be giving you a company name and calling you by name... forget about it.
