I know that I could qualify for an FHA mortgage. But, would I need to do so, if my credit two of three credit scores are in the 720's? I know that 720 isn't great, but will the 677 definitly rule/out my chance of refinancing?

Let Credit Karma recheck your score if you haven't done it. I just did and it came up from 749 to 799 since March. I have been paying down credit cards though but if the 3 majors say it is higher, I think they go with them.

If you are talking a home loan then your 677 will still allow you to refinance. The 720 would just get you a slightly lower rate.
