what is the statute of limitations on credit cards in Kansas
I had two credit cards on advice from an attorney I stopped paying on them. It has been over seven years since my last payment the bank wrote the debt off and sold it to another company I have not comunicated with that company and have not admitted or agreed to anything with them.
