In order to help my revolving credit, my mother put me on her Capital One credit card. I know have an outstanding balance of $7000+ and my credit score dropped about 30pts. If I take my name off of the card, will my credit score be damaged even further?

I'm a little confused by the question; can you clarify? Taking your name off of a card with lots of debt on it is most likely going to help your credit, but it depends on what everything else on your report looks like

my credit was at a 675 before I added my name to her card. After being added to her card, it dropped to a 636. All the debt that I accrued is from her card. I have 0 credit cards and 0 revolving credit because I couldn't get approved for a credit card. So we figured this would help me build credit but it looks as if it has hurt more than helped. I just wanted to know, if I have her remove me from her account, will that effect my credit score in a negative way?

Adding debt is generally bad. You'd be better off getting your own secured card with no debt on it than being added to someone else's card. I doubt it will hurt your credit score further to have her remove you, but that's just my guess. You could try using the simulator on this website to estimate changes
