Removing a Judgement

I am a bit confused with the way that some judgements are listed on my credit report. I have a total of five and they are from the same two people, but have different dates and some even have a balance of zero. I will list them how they are:

1) Type: Judgement
Status: Filed
Date Filed/Reported: 01/17/2006
How Filed: Individual
Reference #: 05CVF*****
Closing Date:
Court: EUCLID MUNICIPAL COURT
Plaintiff: ASSOCIATED ESTATES REALTY
Action Amount: $3356

2) Type: Civil Suit
Status: Filed
Date Filed/Reported: 05/03/2005
How Filed: Individual
Reference #: 5CVG0****
Closing Date:
Court: Circuit Court
Plaintiff: ASSOCIATED ESTATES REALTY
Action Amount: $0

3) Type: Judgement
Status: Filed
Date Filed/Reported: 03/05/2007
How Filed: Joint
Reference #: 6CVG0****
Closing Date:
Court: Circuit Court
Plaintiff: A Z MANAGEMENT COMPANY
Action Amount: $1488

4) Type: Civil Suit
Status: Filed
Date Filed/Reported: 01/19/2006
How Filed: Joint
Reference #: 6CVG0****
Closing Date:
Court: Circuit Court
Plaintiff: A Z MANAGEMENT CO
Action Amount: $732

5) Type: Civil Suit
Status: Dismissed
Date Filed/Reported: 08/08/2005
How Filed: Joint
Reference #: 5CVG0****
Closing Date: 09/01/2005
Court: Circuit Court
Plaintiff: A Z MANAGMENT CO
Action Amount: $0

I am currently in the process of cleaning up my credit. Is there anyone out there who can assess the situation and tell me the best way to go about this? What I don't understand is why there are so many judgements from those same companies and why if one is dismissed and there is no action amount why is it listed on my report and could I have it removed?? Also, how would I go about paying them off?

Thank you in advance!

Best thing to do is to dispute it and let the court show proof to the CR agencies. If it really is only two cases then the rest will be removed.
