If I do a pay for delete agreement & have negative info completely removed (as a result) will it hurt my credit in the long run since it will remove accounts with a longer history (even though the history was negative)? Thanks in advance

Well you can always negotiate a paid in full rating and no reports of late or any negative info and than if they accept that than it will keep the history of your account. But, I rather start anew and not have to do all that haggling over one account(s) with a negative rating.
