A year ago I sustained an injury that has ended my five years of CNA work. I am single, and will have a college degree in two years. I have a good job offer in a medical office. The problem is it requires a car. I know high intrest rate is inevdiable because of my bad credit score of 554. Still if I have to get a cheap car, were is the best horrible place to get a loan from?

If I was you I would c heck local used car lots. Many of them will let you get a car but require weekly payments on it.

Stay away from buy here, pay here. You are going to be ripped off with interest rates. Save up cash and pay cash for a clunker.

the best worst place would always be family and friends, but you need to make surer you take care of the car and the payments, or youre just creating more trouble for yourself. forget about buy here pay here lots unless you are a mechanic, or know one.. first the interest rates are borderline usury, ( very high) and payment terms are set into stone... miss one, and you'll have an uphill battle straightening it, out.. your best otion is to save up a couple grand and buy something that runs, but, has decent miles and condition.. pay cash for it, and make sure you have clear title in your name, then drive that car for 24-36 months, while you make regular monthly payments to yourself for the car.. at the end of the 24/36 month period... you should have a decent set of scores, a fair down payment, and a reasonable down payment... then just look for an almost new, dealer demo or promo car they have... It's used, but still young enough to look good and have decent miles... In this case, you'll have no problem turning in your cash car for a new financed one.
