is FHA mortgage refinance at current low rates possible with a low credit score?

Good question?

I would like to refinance my FHA mortgage at the current low rates, but I don't know if I'll qualify due to a low credit score because of outstanding credit card debt.

I have heard that FHA loans will go as low as 520.

From my understanding FHA loans won't go below 620 not 520, might want to check it out and see if you can qualify.
