It appears I have a derogatory score because it shows I have an accident, which wasn't/isn't my fault. How do they come to this conclusion?

someone hit you.....insurance companys are greedy they don't care whos fault it is they want more money....take for example my friend he was going 10-15 mph saw the car on the other side of the 4 way intersection.....they both turned at the same time...both turning 2 different ways...he hit a patch of ice just before going around the corner and hit the other car
