After being hit by insured driver, her insurance company has not paid ambulance bill and hospital has an outstanding balance on my credit report. My car accident lawyer has been unsuccessful in getting insurance company to pay the bill. What is the best course of action to take inorder to get this matter resolved.

Thanks in advance for all of your advice, comments regarding this matter.

Your insurance should pay the bill and then sued the other driver's insurance company. I would follow up with your insurance company first

If they havent paid, sue the person directly, by law the insurance company must represent him, then ask for his pay check to be deducted and go after his accounts, let him sue the insurance comapny.
