You really can't. You may be able to get a FHA loan. But with that score you should really try to straighten up your finances before tackling such a large purchase.

Yup, just utilize the card on a regular basis and pay it off each month. If you've been living off your income and using a debit card to make purchases, you can just swap out the debit card with the CC and your credit rating will start to rise. Just make sure you pay it off regularly!

dont get a house period! think of the other expenses that are associated with buying a home thats more than the actual mortgage payment alone. get a orchard card and go to the nearest strip club and max it out. then thank me in the morning for not getting a house.
