I went through some financial problems recently and did not pay my credit cards for 3 months maximum. Well, my two credit cards has been canceled and I still have a balance on them. I am almost done paying off all my credit cards. Will my score increase when I am done paying it off? And should I open another credit card to increase my credit score?

When you pay off a credit card, it definitely helps your credit score. After that, try paying it off again every month. This shows the credit card companies that you are not spending more than you can handle and that you are making wise decisions about what you can afford to buy and what you cant. Just Opening new accounts actualy can hurt your credit score, so what you want to do is transfer your balance.

My credit score was about 200 points lower 3 years ago. I noticed that my credit score improved the most when I made it a #1 priority to pay all my bills on time. I also quit using credit cards altogether for about 1 year. Getting my balances down seemed to make the most difference. I also opened 2 new cards but did not use them to improve my credit utilization. My score is now 776 and it really didn't take that long. good luck!

Depends on just how much of a % left you have to pay off on them. If less than 30% you may see a small rise in your score. IF over a much larger one. If your cards were closed I would open up another card yes. It may not help your score right away but it is needed and will improve. Also, if those other cards are paid the negative tradelines will stop having a larger affect as they age.

All the advice given is good.
But one thing definitely WON'T improve your score any faster... asking the same question 3 times in a row.
