I am recently divorced and am no longer an authorized signer on my ex-husband's credit cards. How do I get them removed from my credit history going forward as he is enrolled in a debt management program? In addition, I now have a mortgage on my own but am still on his mortgage till he refi's can I explain that when trying to obtain new credit on my own?

Call those companies you have accounts with. The debt you share will need to paid before his actions will not show up on your report. Consolidation is an option if your ex is willing to do that. Lenders will look at what's on the report, and if a mortgage is there, then you can plead your case all you want most lenders cannot overlook those things. The only way to work around what is on your credit report is for things to go through underwriting.
