You can pull your full credit report from annualcreditreport.com for free 1 time a year, all these items will be listed for you to review.

It's possible you were a victim of identity theft. If you are certain you have no credit cards, auto loans, mortages, or other debt and it is showing up on your report card here anyway, then you should definitely pull your credit report of www.annualcreditreport.com for free if you haven't already. If you have already pulled that report this year before these things happen, I think you can still get another free report because you have a good reason to believe you are a victim. Check out http://www.ftc.gov/freereports for details.

Before pulling, you can look on here to see the breakdown for types of debt.  It can help you determine as to whether it is a credit card or something else. If you can prove that the requests were not coming from you, you can take steps to resolve it and have them removed.
