You would need to file a dispute with the credit agencies to have them removed, if you go to annualcreditreport.com (it is free to pull the reports 1 time a year) and pull the report from there each of the 3 agencies instructs you on how to submit a dispute.

You can go directly to the credit agencies' sites without going through annualcreditreport.com to file a dispute. Each of the agencies has their own process (though many aspects are similar). But, not all hard inquiries will show on all reports. Many only pull from one of the agencies.
