how do I obtain the adress of credit report on my records?
Good question? Vote for this

the KarmaCredit reports a bad balance, however, the credit debt agency whom pays on my behalf, that is after I send money to the agency. The current listed company is being paid, however, directly to the towing company, not a collection agency on their behalf. I do not like this double-dipping situation.

Your correct to pay the towing company directly, the original creditor.

I have recently discovered that I have been paying the towing company's collection agency which is located in Ann Arbor, Mi. and my balance owed is only 155.00, and why has not the amount owed changed since last year?  .... The mark of 435.00 has never changed at all, ... and why would the collection agency not make the appropriate adjustments?  Green Path has been paying the creditors on my behalf, and usually I send money every week.
