When I click on 12 months for "Have an on-time Payment History" my score drops from 746 to 702.

I have noticed the same problem, i believe its being addressed.

I would agree that there is something wrong with the simulator. It does not take into account quite a few adjustments. No matter what I do, I seem to always have the same exact score.

I have emailed them several times about this, mine either stays same or goes down but NEVER goes up no matter what.

Yeah I tinkered with several things that should increase the score, but don't. Ironically, I tried adding a foreclosure and it showed that would increase my score. Is it as simple as the +/- values just backwards?

It's difficult for any score simulator to be accurate because everyone's credit is different. For instance, adding a new credit line may help one person but hurt another because of the number of credit lines they already have or the balances they already maintain on those lines. That said, however, the CK simulator does seem particularly inaccurate. There have been dozens, if not hundreds, of complaints about it. And if they're addressing the problem, they're sure taking their time at it. For a simulator to deliver great results for everybody, I believe it would have to be much more complex than CK's is.
