My credit score on here is 618. There is not a single credit card company that will let me have a credit card and there are no banks in the area which are doing secured credit cards anymore due to recession issues. How am I supposed to raise my credit score when I have no options?

Also, I DO pay all my bills on time and have for the last two years. It hasn't seemed to help at all.

You don't have to get a secured card at a local bank, companies like Capital One, Citibank, WellsFargo, etc offer secured cards.

Paying all bills is important, but the only ones that will help your score are your debt bills - utilities, phone etc will not affect your score unless they go into collections or something.
