I filed chapter 13 in November 2006 and the bankruptcy was dismissed with prejudice in January 2009. Now I have a creditor that didn't respond to the bankruptcy filing and therefore didn't receive any money from the trustee. Now they are trying to collect. I am pretty sure that the Statute of Limitations has passed also. The vehicle was a year 2000 and I voluntarily repossessed it in 2002.
