I got this card two years ago on a 700 score, opening with a $500 limit. It has since increased twice, to $750, and then to $1,250. They will give you a better line with time. It's a student card, so as with all student cards they'll be stingy to start.

Shadowdemon: You have no job, no credit history outside of 7 mos of student loans, and a 651 score. Even before they started tightening restrictions you would've been declined. Nowadays, unless you've got $1,500 gross monthly income, if you're under 21 you will not get credit without a cosigner. Period.
