yesterday 12-28-09 did the prequalify app and was only offered a a secured card it is now 3 in da morning on 12-29-09 and tried again and was offered the classic card so i went thru with the hard pull and was approved instantly i had to pay 19 to get started i did the online check thing my ck score was 566 yesterday but when i rescored today it was 577 myfico.com trans union 529 equifax 520 i also have a applied bank secured card 5 months and a public savings savings card for 2 months now my score 5 months ago 437 trans and 457 equifax so a few points may make a difffrence from denial to approval if u dont want the secured card i didnt because i already have two sorry for run on sentence typing in dark lol

you are wrong about this. i got my card three or four weeks ago. on November seventh got a truecredit alert and ps savings was reported on all three credit reports

I got my card in the mail friday the whole process for me was only two weeks i did the online check after getting a email and sending in a copy of social and id via fax my checkin account had two small deposits from public savings for verification after only a day i then went to verify the deposits by calling the number they provided after that my online check was processed two days later and cleared i waited five days and got an email from public savings saying that the funds were cleared and that my card would be two or three weeks but it was only five days when it came so the whole process for me from start to finish was exactly two weeks if you follow all instructions and look for the emails and verify that thats your checkin account with the deposits they make i wouldnt pay for the express processing because you will get your card anyway after four or five days after the five day wait they make you wait to verify funds have cleared which you will know by checkin your own account that it clears about a day or two but they still make you wait the five days i havent use my card yet because i here for a better credit score you should waite 30 days before using any new card myfico.com has great tips and advice on how to get credit on track
