My ck score just plunged 73 points, but not do to any wrongdoings. I just got an amex charge card with no pre set spending limit, but my only other account has a credit limit of 1500. I've spent 1700 on my amex card so it looks like I am spending more than my limit, should I continue to keep the account and maybe over time it will repair itself or should I close the account and open a new credit card with an established credit limit.

My first credit card account has just went from 0% to 19.98% APR because the promotional period has ended, if i were to switch this account to another card with the same company, would this count as me closing my oldest account.

No chase for me.

When you applied for the card what was your ck score.

Currently my ck score is 698, if I take out a personal loan and link it to one of my checking accounts and pay it off over 12 months, will this be a good idea?

I just turned 19 and my credit score is 709. I really want to get my score to 800 before I turn 20. I only have 9 on-time credit card payments but 0 late payments. I feel that if I open a personal loan it will boost my credit. Am I wrong in my assumption?
