First PREMIER® Bank Credit Card

Do Not I repeat get this card their a rip off they sent me an offer with an 36% apr of course I forgot to read the t& c my fault, but you have to pay an upfront annual fee of $175 which varies from card to card and their lousy at posting your payments they will make you wait 20 days if you send in a check or money  order. I paid my balance in full and being that all my cards that I have are under 20% Apr I would not recommend this card and if you want to  do online banking you have to pay $4.95 to sign up to their online banking which you do not find out until you either read the whole T&C or go to the site and start up the OLB. I give the a big two thumbs down and if you have any questions about your account and you want them answer online forget about it they refer you to cs but via telephone what the point.   I  I I

Pay for Deletion Questions

Well you can always negotiate a paid in full rating and no reports of late or any negative info and than if they accept that than it will keep the history of your account. But, I rather start anew and not have to do all that haggling over one account(s) with a negative rating.

Can a credit card company get aa judgement 20 years after the account went bad?

Yes and no, If they have/had a judgment against you, depending on your state laws, a judgement is good for 10 years and can be renewed for another 10 years in the state of California, therefore if they did it within your state laws and within the statutue allowable time than maybe yes.

Orchard Bank Classic MasterCards

Orchard a bunch of rip off I sent in my payment two weeks prior to the deadline becuase I usually do online payments but they could not activate mines due to me having a saving account only. So I sent it to their so call express payment dept and I was charged an late fee which they refused to take off so I closed my account which I had just open in March in closed in may oh yeah I was approved with a score of 530. I called and ask them to remove the fee I emailed them to remove the fee and than they so gracefully closed my account for me via email when I told them to close it since they refused to remove the fee nice considering anyone could have sent them an emai requesting such so naw I'll just stick with my capitalone card going great 1 yr 11 months no missed payments no fees
