Comcast Voice® low as $19.99/mo & $25 cash back
Their Digital Voice service has good quality, but doesn't compete very well with Vonage or other VoiP services. I signed up for it initially to get a better deal when bundled with cable and HSI but dropped it to save money.

Understanding Credit Score Differences
Now that you can compare your Karma score to other members, I think the score given here is more useful. Saying I'm 800 of a possible 950 isn't very valuable, but knowing I'm in the 65th percentile gives me something I can use.
