I applied for this card on June 23rd and was approved on June 25th. I also had the same "application cannot be finalized" after I submitted my application online. but then the next day I had a phone call on my cell phone that said it was from "Unavailable". I normally don't answer those but took a chance and, sure enough, it said my phone number was being verified. I have a $300 credit limit, and my FICO score from TU is 633 (Credit Karma says 584). Hope that helps!

My score has been going up since joining Credit Karma but recently dropped 14 points. What happened?...
My TU score dropped from 671 to 638 when I paid off my car loan through Capital One.
