I had a Chase card many years ago which screwed me royally (their fault not mine) so i was determined to never use them again. I had a WAMU card and they treated me better than any other credit card ever. Then Chase bought them out and my rates in 1 month went from 9% to 23% with no warning whatsoever. They then claimed that I was suddenly late on payments and they refused to fix it. Then they started charging me late and Over the Limit fees of $150 a month. Chase may say they pay your rewards but trust me they don't not for all the false fees they charge you wrongly. If you don't think this is so just go ahead and get a card through them and see how long it takes for them to screw up your credit. You do not take faithful customers with good credit and payment history and charge them outrageous fees and treat them like Chase treats it's customers. WAMU did a horrible thing by selling out to Chase. they will forever be one of the worst credit card issuers ever.

ING is wonderful. There interest rate is slowly going back up but has always been higher than any bank. They have so many safeguards in place for privacy and account protection. If you use their savings account you get a lot higher interest rate than if you use their account with a ATM card access. You can draw it out anytime as much as you want. same with deposits. I have been with them for several years and have never been disappointed.

Beware of Comcast. I have their $99 a month plan. It was supposed to include everything and then they charge extra for the digital box and everything else they offer. The internet is really slow and is ALWAYS acting up. Customer service treats you like you are a burden to them. They do NOT care. I paid $140 hook up charge and then on the first bill they added $20 more for hook up. My $99 bill was $160. This may seem a good offer but it's not. I have paid bills and Comcast forgot to post it. Then tried to say it hasn't been paid. IF you want to change anything (add more channels, take off something, increase internet speed) then you are taken off the plan and charged full price which is over $200 a month. sadly they are the only one other than ATT that services where I am at. BEWARE.

It's basic cable only which means you get about 100 channels out of 400. The internet is VERY slow high speed. It comes with a digital box that they charge you extra for every month. Very bad deal
