For someone like you establishing credit it might be best to find a card with no fee. For those that have poor credit getting a card with an annual fee and low interest rate is a good way to start restoring a tarnished credit score.

Just wanted to keep everyone up to date. I made my first payment on time and they've already reported it and my score has gone up a point. Going to keep doing the same. :)

I was approved at 627. I just made my first payment and I expected my score to go down because of the inquiry. It hit a low 621 :(
I hope it starts to climb back up as I keep making good on time payments.

Approved. Unsure of credit limit at this time but didn't think it would happen. Hoping to use this with the annual fee to get my credit rebuilt after a bankruptcy brought on by medical bills a few years back.
