Eight to Ten weeks to process a refund on MY deposit is outrageous. No "trailing charges" take that long to come in. I have had credit cards for 25 years and never, ever, have I seen a "trailing charge". Any charges I have done, even paper ones, hit the account within 7 days. Does anyone disagree with this?
So, can you promise me to return my deposit in less time, say 3 weeks? That seems to me more equitable.
