If they havent paid, sue the person directly, by law the insurance company must represent him, then ask for his pay check to be deducted and go after his accounts, let him sue the insurance comapny.

send them a cease and desist letter via certified mail if SOL is over. They cant take money without suing, and they cant do that anymore.

how old is your credit history?? , i would recommend a credit union. stay away from chase. also get an Amex ZYNC, start a history with amex . charge card and credit will help show different types of credit.

pay for delete letter, google it, keep everything in writing. No deletion no pay.

yes, if it is through the gvt then he can do loan rehabiliation. expect 6-9 months minimum, then he will need to consilidate when loans are current and they will remove derogs.
Response posted 9 months ago
yes assuming you have had current on time accounts in the past 12 months

my advice, wait 6 months dont apply for anything then limit yourself to 1 inq per 6 months
