why in the world would you pay a annual fee in the first place that my freind? that is extra money that the card company is makeing off of you on top of the arp rate. good to bank rate .com and see what type of card you might beable to get stay away from capital one nothing but problems with that company. but orchard is a good one to look at also matter of fact a very good one, hope this helps you.

stay away from any card with an annual fee or setup charge they are makeing money off of you from the start. and with a very stuipd apr why would you do it in the first place? look at bankrate .com and see what type of cards would be a better fit for you. stop look and think always when it comes to credit card and apr.. mine apr run from 9.24 to 11.99 because i shopped around for the best intrest rate and i pay off my bills each month.

or you could request from all 3 credit reporting company a annual report on your own and if you do it at different times of the yr it will not cost you anything at all unlike annual credit report .com which charges you a fee after a trail period. i pull mine at 3 different time each yr at no cost to me.

do not pay anything right now and yes they have to tell you who is the first bill from..and if you have the information from them by their companys name , then i would remind them that of course it depand on where you live but the sol in there and go away, and if they do not them you can file a lawsuit against them,

why are you dealing with a high apr in the first place?? i have called all my cards and got them to lower my apr rates my rate now run from 9.24 to 15.24 which is my highest one for now . i talking about discover to boa to fia to chase. call the corpt office and see where that will get you, it worked for me. especailly since always either paid off my bill in full or paid half each month, like i said talk with corpt office.

are we talking about bank accounts or credit cards? either way file a police report and give the police all the information you have and let them do there job. i would also check to see if by chance in another state under your personal information there is not another drivers lincense( i know my spelling is abit off) contact the federal goverment about what else you can do. i had my ssn bought and sold in a flea market a few yrs ago.

first how old is the debt? if its past the staute of linmition in your state then leave alone. it will come off your report in 6-7 yrs, i have one which started back in 05 and that company could not prove the work was done in which they where chargeing me for so i stopped paying and in06 a collection company bought it and has tried to over charge me what the first bill was and its still disputed to this day and come off in 2012 and my score ishigh

dispute and dispute the bill since it wrong and you can prove it.

well lets see your date of birth and ssn should help somewhat and find out who your family members owes and make sure that they have the correct information in there files, i would not change my name but maybe address would not be a bad idea, like a p.o.box for example. to make sure your not getting his problems.

leave it alone, it will stay on your reports for a few yrs i know what i am talking about i have one that was sold to a collection company back in 2006 and since the original company could not prove the was done that i was charged for i stopped paying it, and on top the collection company has doubled the bill from the first company. if you start paying it then you will restart the stautes of limimting once again. mine drops of in 2012, oh by the way that stay there on your report whether you pay it or not.. my score is between 750-800 got the picture? just do not let anything else go that way. good day to you.

well here in tx the its a 4 yr time zone, as long as you do not start paying on a collection which by now is not the first company you owed to, then you should be ok? you see collections company who buy old debts try to tack on more than whats the first bill is, i have one that was bought and sold to a collection company and that companys wants more than the first bill. the first company could not prove what was or was not done so i stopped paying the bill. but it will not come pff my report untill 2012, and its reported under all the credit reportting companys as a dispuited item

get in contact with chase again and let them know that they are messing up your credit report by them not reporting the correct information, sure they would love for you to go beyond your limit for they can hit you with extra charges, be very carefull do not be happy with what the customer service people tell you. i have had to talk with the upper head people to get some thing done the right way, keep on fighting this thing and good luck. what i mean upper head for example president of a bank or two.

you need to contact the account company and see why its still on your report, it should have been closed when you did bankruptcy 12 yrs ago. and of course you can dispute that information on your report.

why would anybody in there dight mind agree to a annual fee in the first place? the cards i have are much lower apr rates than this card is offering, this card is i guess good for people with losey credit scores or unable to get them out of a problem with credit.

The APR is to High to Start With and on Top of That Who In There Right Minds Would Pay A Annual Fee to Use The Card??? Thats Why I Closed My American Express Card.
