They are crooks and do not deserve your business.  They will try to get you in a bind and then raise your interest.  Hold on to your wallet if you decide to do business with this bank is my advice.

The whole Chase Bank is crap.  I was pre-approved for the card at 0% for 12 months with an initial offer of $250 cash back for the first $1,000 spent, which I did quickly.  I was approved for a $8,500.00 credit line but they started charging me interest immediately.  They pulled a bait and switch on me.  I am so mad that I am going to close all my accounts at their bank.  Furthermore, I will encourage all my employees(50 total) to change their banks since it is illegal for me to force them to do so, or their paychecks may get delayed being deposited in their account.  I am so mad that I can barely see straight at this time.

Overall, I give Chase Bank a failing grade and I am moving all my banking out of their bank.  I have already paid off the balance completely and will never do business with them again.  **** them.

We need to stop doing business with banks whose Customer Service is outside the country. Most of these other countries do not know a thing about Customer Service and be ware of rewarding your business to those who do not provide it, as others will follow suit and take their business outside.

I do not consider myself a racist but hate dealing with these people who are rude and disrespectful. I have closed my accounts with Capital One and am in the process of doing the same with Chase if their current practice does not change.

Capital One sucks when it comes to giving credit. I have another one of their credit cards but hate to talk to their representatives in India who give themselves European names and can not talk worth a lick. One never gets to talk to a bank officer even when in need and the only ones one can talk to are their representative company in India and that sucks.

Wow! I thought this site segment was to read about Capital One Credit Card. This is getting personal. Let's all just get along and stick to the task at hand with comments about this specific credit card.

On a similar path, I have had a bad experience with AMEX and will never give them my business again. They make up excuses for reducing one's credit line when in actuality I had never been late or carried a balance from one month to the next.

I will not do business with them again, even though I had been pre-approved for another one of their cards.

Discover Card sucks and is pretty much worthless since half the stores do not even take it.
