Got letter similar to jenniferw207 post: Interest rate to double or could opt to close out. Company rep said that it wasn't my good credit history but the poor ecomony. Account will automatically close. We've moved most of our debt onto that card given low rate and will of course have to pay off soon. Crazy thing is that recently that just sent us another letter: Increasing our credit limit! Given we're about 25% below current limit that seems totally crazy!! We declined the offer
