Yup, they are ugly. They just closed one of my credit cards saying my credit score is bad. Well, it isn't. On top of that just two weeks earlier they approved me for another card but now they are telling me they cancel my previous card. it's a load of "bull-patties" so I'm going somewhere else with my business
