As someone who has both (Orchard Bank & Public Savings Bank) secured cards, I recommend Orchard; PSB never converts to unsecured.

I love Quicken Online. I use it daily.

I think it's a shortcoming of QOL and mint.com. That being said, if you use either (or probably Yodlee, too), PSB isn't convenient.

That's not how Quicken Online and mint.com work. (They are both free, so you can sign up to see for yourself how they work.)

I previously voted that this is a good offer, but I have since discovered that the card never converts to unsecured. That fact coupled with the high set up fee ($79) makes it a very bad secured card.

I use Quicken Online and mint.com to manage my finances and neither service can download my transactions for this card (which means I rarely, if ever, use it).
Other than that, for a secured card, it's not bad. I've only had it for a few months, so I can't comment as to how it unsecures.

To lilyella84, it appears that yes, they do perform an inquiry. From the app:
"By completing this application and clicking on the Continue button below, you are giving Public Savings Bank written authorization to access your credit profile for identification purposes only. Credit is not considered a factor in your approval."
