i have the card for sometime but have a question.   Question to company, when I pay online via your site, it takes 7 days for my credit to become available for the amount I paid.  Is it faster if I call in and pay and talk to someone?  Please let me know ASAP.  Thanks

No it does not answer my question. Does this appear to the outside world as a savings account on my credit report, etc...

Thanks but it does not fully answer my question. My question is if there is a judgement are you considered a bank account that can be directly accessed by the courts via a judgement.

What if you have court ordered judgement against your for bad debts. Normally all bank accounts your own, the judgement will allow the banks to give all funds to the bank. So is this a savings account that all funds could be removed by a court ordered Judgment. Or if I put money in this secured card, can this money not be touched by a court ordered judgement since this is a credit card.

When I put money in the card account, to the outside world does this look like another open savings account I have on my file. Or does this just report as a credit card on my file. I want to make sure it does not appear as a open savings account on any file any one can access with permission. I want it to only look like a credit card on my file. How does this work.

Thanks I got my card quickly as I asked for the quick delivery fee option. I got it in 2 days but wish I had none that it was coming fedex and need a signature otherwise I would have had it in 1 day. I also like your online site. One other question. I sometime travel to other states, in fact I will be in Alaska from Dec 25 to 30. Will there be any issue using the card for hotel and rental car use in another state? Should I call customer service to warn them about the use out of state. Thanks, very good card.

Can Pubservbank tell me if this card looks like a debit card or a credit card to hotels and to car rental companies as they both frown on debit cards these days.
