Wait, first it has a $99.95 "processing fee", and then it has a 19.5% APR -- it's a SECURED card? I prefer getting interest paid TO me when I deposit funds somewhere, not paying THEM to use my money. (And "Not available to residents of NY or Wisconsin", it says in fine print at the bottom of the disclosures page, so if you live in those states don't waste your time.)

I applied for this card on 2/1, was able to finish confirming my account by 2/2, and had initiated the security deposit transfer online on 2/3. I was told by the CSR at PSB that they will hold that deposit for five business days, then open my new account with it. They will then issue my card about 2 weeks later. I was told to expect my card around 2/24. That means it should take about a month for someone to have card in hand from the date they begin this process.
I understand from comments here that the card will not report to the CRAs until after my first billing statement is issued, which will be about a month after the card is in-hand. So, from application date to start of reporting to the CRAs is about two months to the best of my understanding. I hope this information will help someone. My EQ FICO is 636. I look forward to seeing how quickly my score increases.
